As the Business Operations Manager, Ashley oversees the strategic and administrative functions that keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. It is incredibly important to Ashley to provide excellent service and ensure that every client interaction is handled with care and precision.

 

In addition to her role at Catalyst Wealth Management, Ashley serves as the Worship Director at Real Life Covenant Church, where she leads the musical and creative aspects of the worship services.

 

Ashley and her husband, Matthew, live in Waseca with their three children: Vincent, Ophelia, and Darla. When she isn’t at the office or the church, you can likely find her outdoors. She enjoys gardening and canning her own harvests and is always ready to head out on a camping trip with her family.
